DESCRIPTION

• Property Management & Maintenance Associate: manage and maintain multiple single-family homes as well as condo units within the Mammoth Lakes resort community. 

• Office/Admin Associate: organize client accounts, scheduling and filing. Additional office responsibilities included. 
• Seasonal Associate: manage and maintain homes in relation to the changing seasons in the Eastern Sierra.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

• Weekly inspection and walkthrough services
• Arrival and Departure procedures
• Keep warehouse organized and clean
• Scheduling
• Responding to Emergency situations within properties
• Discovering and noting damages to properties after visual inspection/walk through
• Maintain good communication
• Landscape maintenance
• Snow shovel decks and entryways
• Snow removal with Skid Steer
• Snow removal with 'walk-behind' snow thrower
• Distribute ice melt
• Use 'snap' and live traps for pests
• Install NEW smoke alarms and CO detectors as well as replace batteries in smoke alarms and CO detectors
• Handyman level maintenance
• Clerical and Office duties
• Social Media
• Filing and organizing
• Inbound and outbound phone calls and emails​​
• Familiar with operations of an iPad

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT

• 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable vehicle with 4x4
• 1+ years of experience in property management and maintenance
• 3 references, outside of immediate family
• Working cell phone
• Detailed, driven, responsible
